The Mongolia copper-ore project is configured for 1,500 tonnes per day. Its process connects staged crushing and screening with wet grinding, clasificación, flotation and concentrate dewatering, keeping ore preparation and mineral separation within one processing route.

Processing Stages
1. Crushing and screening
Jaw and cone crushing reduce the ore, with screening controlling the material sent forward to grinding.
2. Wet grinding and classification
A wet grid-type ball mill works with pre-classification and a hydrocyclone group. The classification section controls the grinding stream before flotation.
3. Flotación
The flotation arrangement includes roughing, scavenging and cleaning duties. These stages separate copper-bearing material from the prepared slurry.
4. Concentrate dewatering
Thickening forms the first concentrate-dewatering stage. Filter pressing then produces a filter cake for subsequent handling.
Project Equipment
The grinding section cannot be evaluated independently of the flotation feed it produces. In this configuration, classification connects particle-size reduction with mineral separation, while the thickener and filter press handle the concentrate after flotation.
